Qualifications:

*Ability to problem solve and prevent issues from becoming problematic.

*Strong computer competency, especially with contractor software such as Jobber and Xactimate.

*Ability to effectively communicate with clients and laborers.

*Have good follow through with scheduling and follow-up with clients to ensure jobs are completed on time with full client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, fluent in English.

• Able to run efficient, well-organized job sites from start to finish.

• Must be reliable, customer-oriented, and willing to be part of a team.

• Physically capable and willing to work in PPE and to perform labor-intensive work.

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs regularly.

• Must be able and willing to work outside during inclement weather and/or inside tight spaces.

• Reliable transportation and tools.
